Here is a patient that has lost all the teeth due to periodontal disease. We placed 2 implants and constructed a denture that attaches on top of the implants. The second picture shows the special attachments inside the denture that connect to the implants. The final result is a very stable denture with the aid of only 2 implants. Without this support, the patient would struggle with a very loose denture. This gives the patient the confidence to enjoy their lives without the fear of having their denture slip or fall out of their mouths.
